Did you know that if you do yoga on a daily basis you will sleep better? Stretching your body helps relieves tension that builds up during a hectic work day. By doing some simple yoga poses and even some meditation you will have a very restful sleep which will help you for the next day ahead. If you don’t know any simple yoga poses, don’t worry. Start with simply stretching your body and talk to friends about getting interested in yoga. I’m sure they’ll show you their favorite poses to do. So if you can’t sleep at night or if you find that you are tired when you wake up, try doing yoga!
