If you don&#8217;t know any simple yoga poses, don&#8217;t worry. Start with simply stretching your body and talk to friends about getting interested in yoga. I&#8217;m sure they&#8217;ll show you their favorite poses to do. So if you can&#8217;t sleep at night or if you find that you are tired when you wake up, try doing yoga!</p>
