Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is most common style of yoga. It sort of comprises many types of yoga. Hatha is great start for beginner yoga people. The class is usually done in a slow manner and builds on core poses.

Iyengar Yoga
This style of yoga concentrates on aligning the body during poses. You achieve maximum benefit when you can align your body the right way for precise yoga poses. This style makes use of yoga blocks and straps as a means to help you achieve perfect alignment.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa incorporates synchroning your breathing to your poses. This style is more vigorous than Hatha yoga and is best suitable for advanced yoga people.

Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is a fast-paced, vigorous type of yoga. It incorporates going in and out of yoga poses quickly and can be quite demanding on the body. Power Yoga is similar to Ashtanga in that it is fast-paced and demanding.
