This book is a beautiful book and is split into the locomotor system, the vertebral column, the lower extremity, the trunk, and the upper extremity. There are anatomical drawing and charts to help you learn more about yogic anatomy. This is more of a technical book so it is not a light read. Take a time to digest the information.
